- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of use or wear
- Items returned without original packaging or labels
- Items reported after the 7-day return window

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us. In such cases, we will cover the shipping cost or arrange for item pickup where available.
